

Grease working surface with oil & roll out dough with the help of rolling pin then press & spread gently with hands (makes 12 puris).

Knead dough again until smooth and take out a small dough & make a ball. Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,grease dough with ghee,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes. In a bowl,add wheat flour,all-purpose flour,semolina,salt & mix well. Refrigerate until chilled & serve! Prepare Puri: In a serving bowl,add prepared kheer and garnish with silver leaf,dry nuts & dried rose petal.
